We are delighted to include this marvellous deluxe 4  bedroom villa to our villa mallorca programme for 2007. Casa Ariet is set in a magnificent elevated position on the waters edge with  breathtaking panoramic  views across the sea and only 200 meters to the sandy beach at Cala Serena. The villa mallorca is located in a quiet residential area. Cala D'or and the Marina are  approximately 20-30 minutes walk or a short drive. However, a 5-10 minute walk brings to you an area which has shops, bars and restaurants.

The design of the villa is such that you have incredible views out to sea from the large terraces at the back of the villa  and to the front, a wonderful large (electro-osmosis)  swimming pool  is surrounded by a wonderful patio area and gardens. There is an outside brick-built barbecue  and  superb pool side dining area, ideal for al fresco dining or evening drinks, whilst enjoying views over the pool and out to sea. The villa is approached by a palm-fringed driveway with entry-phone and is situated close to our villas  S'algar and Penyalar.

The entrance hall leads to kitchen and a beautifully furnished, spacious lounge with air conditioning, digital Satellite TV,* and DVD, leather sofas, bar unit, and doors leading to the rear outside terrace ideal for sunbathing or enjoying the spectacular views overlooking the sea at sunset, which are nothing short of magnificent, whilst yachts from all over the world pass serenely by.  The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave.

The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms in the main part of the house, all on one level, and one further bedroom with an outside entrance.
Large double bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fan, Digital Satellite TV*and patio doors leading out to the terrace overlooking the sea. Separate shower room next door.
A further double bedroom with air conditioning, Satellite TV* (TV is installed on the ceiling above the bed!), large dressing room, and patio doors leading out to the pool area. A further separate shower room next door.

The fourth bedroom is entered from a separate outside entrance to the main house, and is a large twin bedded room with air conditioning and shower room en-suite. Washing machine and tumble dryer area is also located in  this room.

This villa mallorca is one of the most spectacular we have had the pleasure to rent and its position is second to none. The villa is modern and tastefully furnished, but with all the comforts from home. Its views are magnificent and the villa being all on one level makes it ideal for all types of families, and good for the elderly or those requiring wheelchair access and comes highly recommended.*( limited channels )
