An attractive Spanish style Majorca villa set in pretty grassed gardens with views over the sea. A few minutes walk to the Es Forti beach and the shops and less than a ten minute walk into the Marina. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Door leading to separate shower. Washing machine. Dining room and comfortable lounge with Satellite TV*, doors to covered terrace and outside dining area with barbeque, overlooking the pool and gardens.
Separate cloakroom off entrance hall.
One small double bedroom with separate WC and hand basin, with door adjoining a twin bedroom with modern bathroom in between, doors to terrace. The double bedroom can be approached by a door to the outside grassed courtyard or from inside by passing through the twin bedroom and bathroom. A further twin bedded room with bathroom en-suite. Opposite the villa, steps lead down to rocks with access to the sea.
