CLIFF RESTAURANT

This world-renowned restaurant is first choice for that special dinner or celebration, and is now firmly established as one of the leading restaurants in the Caribbean.

The location here is simply stunning, and the ambience magical. Set in an ocean fronted cliff top, with fire-lit torches illuminating the turquoise sea, all tables have a magnificent view, but we recommend you ask for a table on the first line if you want to experience the ultimate in romantic dining. Chef Paul Owens has been gaining constant praise from food and leisure writers around the world, and is continuously striving to keep the menu as exciting and as fresh as possible.

OLIVES BAR AND BISTRO

Situated in Holetown, this popular, cosy Bistro has earned a loyal local following. Local produce is used to create earthy Caribbean and Mediterranean flavours. The mood is warm and friendly offering both inside (air conditioned) and courtyard dining.

Olive’s upstairs lounge bar is cool and comfortable, with live music on specified nights, and ideal for a pre-dinner drink. We recommend you try their thin clay oven pizzas, all made with fresh ingredients, and their bread and butter pudding is a must for all sweet tooth’s.

LONE STAR

This renowned restaurant offers a spectacular ocean front setting in a casual atmosphere.Hailed by Michael Winner as “The Ivy of the Caribbean”, Lone Star is a contemporary and fun location for a candlelit dinner right on the beach. Open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner and from May-Nov try their three-course “Traditional Sunday Roast” set menu for $80 or sample their Oysters or Caviar for those of you that have a more refined taste!

RESTAURANT AT THE SOUTH SEAS

In April 2004, after only five months of operation,The Restaurant at Southsea was selected as one of the top 66 new restaurants in world by the Conde Nast Traveler 'Hot Tables'.

To begin with, the setting of The Restaurant at Southsea is beyond compare. The stunning veranda, accented by a distinctive undulating blue awning and beautifully landscaped gardens overlook a romantic secluded cove. The traditional home has been transformed with elegantly modern interiors. Also worthy of mention is the exceptional wine and brandy selection, along with the Caribbean's most extensive vintage rum collection. Limitless libation is always a possibility. Service is amiable and attentive; The staff's attitude is warmly welcoming. But what makes them really special is Chef Barry Taylor's imaginatively conceived and flawlessly executed food.

This is a new restaurant situated in St Lawrence Gap on the South Coast that Dream Villas thoroughly recommends. The setting overlooking the sea is magnificent, and the live music every night creates an ambience second to none. Food and Service are both great, and we suggest you try it.

MARSHALLS BAR

If you want to sample a taste of local cuisine, then Marshalls Bar is the place to go. Situated in the Holders Hill area, this is definitely worth a visit for a casual dining experience or a take-away. The home cooked food is simply delicious and the portions are very large and at a very cheap price.

Try their bajan fried chicken or the flying fish fingers.
