Villas in Mallorca

One of our very large Majorca Villas,situated in a wonderful position in the centre of Cala D'or. A pathway at the back of the house leads on to the Cala D'or beach approx. 100 yards away. The villa can be used as two separate apartments or one large house. Large entrance hall leads to ground floor apartment and inside staircase to upstairs apartment. Both apartments being identical. Each has a large lounge and dining area. The lounge downstairs has Air conditioning, digital satellite TV and DVD/ CD player and patio doors lead to covered outside terrace.. Each floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 have two twin bedded rooms with shower room en- suite. The third bedroom has twin beds and shower room adjacent to it. There are 2 kitchens, the upstairs one is quite small, however the downstairs kitchen has a has a dishwasher and microwave. There is one washing machine. Steps lead upstairs to a large roof terrace, ideal for secluded sunbathing. The lounge downstairs leads to covered terrace overlooking pool and gardens with large dining table and chairs, ideal for everyone eating together outside, and there is a newly built Barbeque area to the side of the villa. A garage at the back of the house has been converted into an apartment for the owners use. It has a separate entrance, and does not affect the facilities enjoyed by Casa Laila. Excellent value for large families/groups who want everything at hand. Beach and restaurant area only a minutes walk away. . Free standing fans have also been installed in the bedrooms for your comfort to help cool you off on those hot sunny days. A short walk to the Marina with all its wonderful boats from all over the world and its cosmopolitan .restaurants.This majorca villa comes highly recommended for large groups who want to be close to everything.
