Penyalar is situated in a fantastic elevated position on the waters edge with panoramic views overlooking the sea. The villa is set in a quiet residential area yet only a few minutes walk to the nearest sandy beach of Cala Serena and a few villas away from our villas Salgar and Ariet.  The villa is set in beautiful grassed gardens with terraces leading to an L-shape swimming pool and superb views overlooking the sea. Lounge/Dining room has satellite TV* & DVD.  There is a double put-u-up settee (suitable for young children only), so could sleep 8. Modern fully fitted kitchen with washing machine. Two bedrooms with full bathrooms en- suite and one bedroom with shower room en-suite. All bedrooms have fans and a door to the outside terraces and pool, and a separate door to an inside courtyard. The villa is unusual having an inside courtyard with splendid views over the sea and is ideal for children playing inside. Patio doors lead from courtyard to covered terrace, ideal for eating outside, with splendid views over the pool and sea. Separate BBQ. A few minutes walk to nearest beach, 5-10. minutes walk to nearest restaurants, shops and bars, and approx. 20-30 minutes walk to centre of Cala D'or.
