We are very happy to have Casa Rigo back into our villa mallorca programme again for 2006. In addition to the 5 bedroom villa, we now also have the 2 bedroom self contained apartment located at the other end of the pool. This large family villa mallorca and separate apartment is situated in an excellent position in the centre of Cala D'or,  just a few minutes walk from  two of Cala D'ors most popular sandy beaches, the Cala D'or and Cala Gran and just a short stroll to restaurants and shops. Sleeping 14 in total, this villa mallorca is ideal for large families or groups that want to be close to all amenities. Approximately 5/10 minutes walk to the magnificent Yacht Marina of Cala Llonga

There is a magnificent roman pool which is surrounded by large terraces and a sunbathing area. There is an outside covered dining and barbecue area by the pool and above this is the self contained apartment.  The apartment entrance leads upstairs to open plan small  kitchen with breakfast bar, lounge with TV and dining area with patio doors leading to terrace overlooking pool and gardens. A double bedroom with door to balcony overlooking pool, separate shower room  with a washing machine on this level. Upstairs is a  twin bedroom with balcony and separate bathroom.

Main house: Entrance hall leads to large fully fitted pine kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher separate dining area and bar leading through to nicely furnished lounge with digital satellite TV, DVD, and stereo. Patio doors lead to large terrace and the beautiful swimming pool and barbeque area. Plenty of terrace furniture ideal for eating outside. Four twin bedded rooms, two full new bathrooms. Outside staircase leads to further large twin bedded room with full new bathroom en-suite and own sun terrace overlooking pool
