This striking luxurious recently built villa is situated in a magnificent position on the sea and beach at Es Forti and has breathtaking panoramic views across to the bays of Cala D’or and to the yacht Marina, which is only 5-10 minutes walk away and a couple of minutes walk to local shops and restaurants. A few villas away from our villas mallorca sister villas Maroti and Sa Madona, and next door to villa Clara. This modern villa is finished in nautical blue and white, and stands out from other villas being the only one in this colour in the area.

Ground floor – entrance hall leads to a large lounge/dining area with the new digital satellite TV/DVD and sound system. 1 twin bedded room with ceiling fan, full shower room en-suite and superb sea views. A small single bedroom with a pull out bed and shower room en-suite (suitable for children). Modern fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and eating area.
Open planned staircase leads to large master double bedroom with ceiling fan, massive shower room, dressing area and doors leading to large terrace with wonderful sea views. This suite occupies the entire upstairs  level. Doors lead to a further huge terraces, ideal for secluded sunbathing. (This level is not suitable for young children due to open plan staircase and terraces with low walls)
Downstairs – Large laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and storage room. Three twin bedded rooms all with ceiling fans and two with extra pull out beds. Each bedroom has patio doors leading directly out to gardens and pool. 1 full bathroom and shower room. Patio doors from lounge lead to covered terrace with dining area, brick built  barbecue and comfortable seating area with elegant sofas which are ideal for enjoying aperitifs, relaxing and watching yachts pass serenely by.
Steps lead down to landscaped gardens, 10 meter pool, outside shower and a gate with direct access to the beach and sea.
