This superb villa is set in the countryside with over an acre of ground with fantastic views of the mountains and situated less than 400 yards away from the beautiful, totally unspoilt sandy beach of Cala Sanau, yet only a few minutes drive from the centre of Cala D'or.

The magnificent swimming pool is surrounded by extensive sun terraces. There is a separate outside covered garden kitchen which includes a barbecue oven, a traditional Mallorquin bakers oven and large dining table. Ideal for eating outside and entertaining. Separate washing machine area.

The house is comfortably  furnished and all on one level. It has a very large open plan lounge/dining room with the new digital satellite TV/DVD installed for 2006 and feature fireplace leading to beautifully fitted pine kitchen with dishwasher and natural spring well.

There are two twin bedded rooms and full bathroom in between. The master bedroom has double bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom with circular bath. All bedrooms have free standing fans.

This is a villa in Majorca suitable for people wanting to be near one of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches in Mallorca, yet near enough to Cala D'or not to be too isolated. Less than five minutes drive to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants and just five minutes drive to the centre of Cala D’or.
